Is it another case of would-be bundle-of-joyfulness for Jennifer Lopez? The frequent bun-in-the-oven target touched off a new round of incubation speculation when she appeared to be sporting a suspicious belly swelling at the Sept. 11 launch of her new clothing line, but it turns out her voluminous green minidress may have just been really (really) unflattering.

As the latest cover of In Touch declares Mrs. Marc Anthony "finally pregnant," the couple is shooting down the bambino burbling, with her rep denying it to "Extra" and his flack downplaying it to the New York Daily News.

"Everyone calls about this every month with the hopes that they'll hit the mark," the wispy warbler's rep tells the paper, "but no. No."

But In Touch is standing by its story, which claims an "over the moon" Lopez recently underwent a sonogram and learned she's about three months along.

This latest run of pregnancy prattle comes as the surprisingly steady pair prepares to launch their join concert tour later this month.

Jennifer, for her part, has repeatedly talked about her desire to have a family of her own, although she's remained cautious about becoming overly invested in her great expectations.

"You know, when you are as blessed as I am," she told People en Español in January, "you don't like to push it."

Lopez was equally philosophical a few months later when questioned by Italian Vanity Fair about her reproductive plans, explaining, "That's not something you should ask me. It's a question for God to answer."

For now, she seems content to lavish her attention on her hubby, whom she just treated to a memorable birthday surprise.

According to the New York Post, the couple marked Anthony's 39th year with a quiet dinner Sunday night at New York's riverside Water Club.

But it turns out the meal was just beginning, because after they chowed down a swank yacht chugged up to the eatery. On board were the crooner's pals, who serenaded him with a chorus of "Happy Birthday" as he watched them "stunned" through the window.

The paper says Jen and Marc then climbed aboard the boat and carried on with the celebration.
