Is Jennifer Lopez on the fast track to fulfilling her dream of changing double the number of poopy diapers? Eight months after she told Ellen DeGeneres of her family planning, "I'll take two at once, that would be great," the lately swollen-bellied star, 38, is being hit with a barrage of twin talk.

OK! magazine and TMZ.com both appear to have sources deep within J.Lo's uterus, claiming she and her hollow-cheeked hubby, Marc Anthony, who are currently on tour together, are awaiting a pair of deliveries from the stork.

"Jennifer is having twins, and she's over the moon about it," a "source close" to Lopez alleges to the mag. "She is absolutely glowing with happiness. She's spending time relaxing with Marc and enjoying being pregnant, which is something she has always wanted."

Still, despite rampant reports that she planned to reveal the contents of her womb during their Madison Square Garden concert Sunday night, no announcement came, much to the disappointment of fans.

"I wanted her to say something," one female audience member grumbles to the New York Daily News. "But I was in the first row, and I can tell you she's definitely pregnant."

Lopez sparked the umpteenth round of baby talk last month when she showed off a suspicious swelling beneath her minidress at the launch of her JustSweet fashion line.

That bulge, coupled with her recent predilection for full-coverage, caftanlike couture, seemed to point to a baking bun, speculation that was given a major boost during a performance in Connecticut last week, when her flowy, roller disco queen Cavalli costume flew up during a dance-heavy number and revealed her usually flat-abbed midsection was seriously distended.

The capper: Lopez was snapped cradling her apparent bump, a classic mom-to-be pose if there ever was one.

During that same show, the audience collectively gasped as she nearly took a nasty tumble while attempting to sing and dance on a conveyor beltlike contraption.

Jennifer appeared to become tangled in her tepee-sized bell bottoms and came close to tumbling off the edge of the stage before catching her footing.

She later reassured the audience that she was fine, saying (via the Boston Herald), "That could have been really ugly, but it wasn't, and that's all that matters."

The couple's reps, who initially denied the latest gestation reports, are mum on both the single and multiple baby mumblings.

Anthony is already dad to three kids: two sons with Dayanara Torres and a daughter from a previous relationship.
