2004 - Cho No: Margaret Cho channels both Björk in her infamous swan get-up and Janet Jackson's nipple-baring Super Bowl performance in this Hindenberg-sized disaster of a dress that makes us want to bury our head in the ground. Seriously, peacock feathers strategically pasted onto a see-through overlay is a look that should not be attempted by anyone, except maybe a comic-book supervillainess (and apologies in advance to the villainesses we've offended). Yes, we know Cho was trying to be outrageous, but it's hard to look proud as a, well, you know, while offending our delicate fashion sensibilities with this sheer madness.
