Biography: Jonathan Lewis was born in November 1974, in Melbourne, Australia. An interest in music was cultivated early, and he studied both classical piano and 'cello.
While at high school Lewis wrote a number of articles for his school magazine, and was Editor of the magazine in his final year of high school.
