Dolly Parton's representative denies Glastonbury lip-syncing speculation

WENN

Dolly Parton's representative has dismissed speculation the country queen lip-synced her way through a hit-packed set at Britain's Glastonbury Festival on Sunday.

The veteran superstar made her debut at the iconic U.K. music event by gracing the main Pyramid Stage on the final day in front of a huge crowd. Thousands of fans sang along as she ploughed through hits such as "Jolene," "Islands in the Stream" and "9 to 5," but many viewers who were watching the footage on TV at home took to Twitter to accuse Parton of lip-syncing.

However, her spokesperson has now quieted critics, saying, "No, she sings live. Some people don't know an amazing singer when they hear one." Despite the controversy, Parton's set has been hailed the highlight of the weekend. Other performers included Arcade Fire, Metallica and Kasabian, who closed the festival with a storming set on Sunday night.

Miss Parton seems as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.  What a wonderful, talented gift she is to all of us!

How can you tell if she is lip syncing or not with all that plastic surgery?
