Sick Lauryn Hill axes New Jersey show again

Singer Lauryn Hill axed a show in her native New Jersey for the second time on Friday (after falling sick. The former Fugees star came down with a nasty stomach bug, forcing her to scrap plans to play at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank -- a show which had been previously rescheduled from December.

The singer's representative said, "She came down with a stomach bug/virus ... and received medical attention ... Her condition unfortunately did not improve for (the) performance. We apologize for any inconvenience." Hill was seen performing a Beatles tribute on David Letterman's U.S. talk show on Friday night, and her team has assured fans her appearance on the show was taped before she fell ill, adding, "For clarity, her performance on 'The Late Show With David Letterman' was pre-recorded on Thursday, not on Friday when it aired."

If I had to go to New Jersey I'd be sick too.  If I threw up on Chris Christie he'd just eat it all up like the greedy, gluttonous, human sack of waste he is.
