Pop superstar Mariah Carey has parted ways with her longtime manager Randy Jackson.
The singer has signed on as a client for Red Light Management, the same company which boasts Alicia Keys and Miley Cyrus on its roster.
However, the change of representation doesn't mean the pals have cut ties for good. Carey has been working on a number of new tracks with the producer, and they still sit beside one another as judges on the current season of reality TV show "American Idol."
A source tells E! Online, "Things are fine between them and they'll continue to work together but not (with Jackson) as a manager."
Carey's 14th studio album is expected to be released later this year.
I really hate it when they are trying so hard to push their fav singer through that they give bad songs to others... Kree showed them she could sing anything and I do hope she wins...
I love Keith as a person ,not a judge. Nicki is not in the same class as Mariah.
Randy needs to get Simon and Paula back to get the ratings back.
