Pink reprimands fans for fighting around youngster at concert

Singer Pink showed off her maternal sensitivities during a hometown gig in Philadelphia on Sunday night when she halted her show to chastise two fighting women who had made a young fan cry.

Pink was performing an acoustic version of "Who Knew" when she spotted the youngster in tears. Pink asked, "Is everything OK right here? Why is she crying?"

When a woman nearby explained the little girl was upset by the actions of two battling fans, the singer reprimanded the ladies for "fighting around a little girl" and then offered the young fan a toy frog and a Rice Krispies Treats bar to cheer her up. She added, "Rice Krispies Treats make everything better."

Pink then turned back to the fighting fans before continuing with the show, adding, "Cut it out. You are all grown-ass women."

Kudos to Pink for scolding the ignorant adults.  The heifers should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Pink is an absolutely amazing person. She is beautiful inside and out. I went to her concert too and it is very apparent by the way she talks that she really is a sensitive and compassionate person. There is nothing fake about her. What you see is real.

i just seem to find more and more reasons to love Pink. Yes, her lyrics often contain rough language, but I can overlook that because she has such positive messages for women and girls in her music. She is often sexy, but never a sex object. She just gets better and better.

It doesn't say in the article how old this youngster is but my question is why is a kid at a concert.  What is wrong with parents, unless it is a concert just for kids, kids do not belong at concerts like this.  I like Pink but some of her music is a little mature and I don't see any reason a "youngster" should have been there. Good for her for being an adult and handling the situation the mother put this child in that shouldn't have been there.  Parents need to start parenting.
