Rihanna calls off Boston concert

Rihanna's world tour has got off to a shaky start after she was
forced to axe the second date due to a bout of laryngitis.

The singer kicked off the Diamonds World Tour in Buffalo on Friday, but she
has now scrapped her Sunday night show at the TD Garden in Boston after falling
sick.
A statement posted on the venue's website reads, "The Rihanna Diamonds World
Tour previously scheduled for this evening in Boston has been postponed...
Unfortunately, following her sold out concert on Friday Rihanna has contracted
laryngitis and per doctor's instruction is unable to perform this evening.
Boston fans are instructed to retain their tickets pending rescheduling show
date information."
Rihanna is due back on stage in Baltimore on Tuesday.
