Mark E. Smith slams The Fall's last album

WENN

British indie rock icon Mark E. Smith has taken aim at his band The Fall's last album, revealing he hates all of the songs on the record.

"Ersatz GB" hit shelves in 2011, but Smith is no fan of the project -- and has promised fans that its upcoming follow-up, "Re-Mit," will be much better.

When asked if there is a Fall song he is not fond of during a recent Q magazine interview, Smith replied, "Yeah. The last album, actually. I don't like any of them. You've got to be honest for the fans.

"I would say five songs on the last record were bad, but I will make it up... 'Re-Mit' is going to terrify people. It's quite horrible. The Fall have had enough and we're coming for you."
