Officials at the Cierra Management Group claim they paid $243,000 in 2011 to put on a couple of holiday shows, but in their lawsuit, obtained by, they allege the gigs were never going to take place.

They claim the deal was little more than a "scheme designed to finagle funding capital for concerts they knew would not manifest."

Green is not accused of being part of the conspiracy, but he is being sued for allegedly refusing to perform the concerts. Cierra bosses want a $14.2 million settlement.

The guys suing him should be arrested since they never planned on putting on the concert. Isn't that called fraud

I never cease to be amazed with how talentless people can so easily make money in this world. I'm glad I'm not one of the many mindless, simple, ignorant cave people who roam this earth listening to the noise this man generates, however it does sadden me that I have to live amongst them. I'm glad that Mr. Green at least has money in his life, he obviously has little else to live for.
