Rita Ora rules out permanent X Factor role

British pop star Rita Ora has ruled out a return to The X Factor as a permanent judge because she wants to focus on her singing career. The R.I.P. hitmaker enjoyed a successful stint as a guest panellist on the British version of the talent show last year (12) but despite being approached by TV bosses, the rising star insists she's not ready to dedicate so much time to the programme. She tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "There were talks. But if I were to take on that role it would have to be at a point when I could give it my full attention. I have so much to accomplish first and it's kind of a full-time job being on The X Factor. It's not like a nine to five. It's constant, for months. "Not that I have anything against it, I love it but if I was to take on a full-time role it would be at a point when I'm loads of albums in. Being a guest (judge) is easier - you can just say 'Yes' to people and not have to mentor them."
