The Flaming Lips are urging fans to help frontman Wayne Coyne track down his signature oversized laser hands after the stage props were stolen at a festival in Australia on Friday.
Coyne uses the giant props during the band's live gigs so he can shoot laser beams into the crowd but they disappeared after a performance at the Southbound Festival in Busselton, Western Australia.

The musicians took to their Twitter page to appeal for information and posted a photo of the giant hands in action, adding, "F**k!!!!!! Someone stole laser hands!!! Please please please!! At South Bound Festival [sic]!!! F**k!! Help us!!!"
Organizers of the festival have also joined the hunt for the band's props, offering four VIP tickets to next year's event to anyone who can return them. A post on the festival's official Facebook page reads, "Please help us and The Flaming Lips out - someone stole their amazing giant laser hands and both we and the Lips desperately want them back.
"We're offering 4 x VIP tickets to Southbound 2014 to the person to gives them back. And any info would be incredibly welcomed!! We've heard whispers from the campsite, so someone knows about it!"
