A Jonas Brothers fan is suing the band for injuries she obtained after allegedly being crushed at a 2010 show.

Bing: Justin Bieber speaks out on photographer's death

Ashleigh Johnson was at The Grove in Los Angeles in May 2010, for an afternoon Jonas Brothers concert when she found herself pushed up against a fence. Johnson is suing the band and the owner of the venue for negligence. According to E! Online, Johnson claims she suffered "severe injury to her body and shock to her nervous system."

Reps for the Jonas Brothers have not yet responded to the suit.

they should be sued for that Crappy noise they make that they falsely call music.

 

judge will throw this out. if the person was stupid enough to pay $ to go see these clowns ...then they deserve what they got.

Just another goofy Bitch trying to get something for nothing. The judge needs to bring her into court and flat out tell her and the goofy lawyer that is representing her if he thinks she is lying, he will send her and him to prison for wasting everyones time.

Give me a break!!! Seems like someone is looking for a meal ticket.  This young lady needs to take responsibility for herself and know that where ever you are in life, something could happen to you.  It's call LIFE!!!
