Rick Ross cancels remainder of tour

WENN

Rapper Rick Ross has canceled the remainder of his American tour. The hip-hop star scrapped two shows in North Carolina this week and reports suggested the cancellation was due to an alleged threat to his safety after a warning video linked to a local gang was posted online.

Ross was due back on stage on Sunday night for a concert in Nashville, Tennessee, but he has shut down the gig along with the rest of the remaining dates on his Maybach Music Tour, which also featured Wale and Meek Mill and was due to run until Dec. 16.

A statement from Ross' representatives, obtained by Allhiphop.com, suggests the cancellations are due to problems with the tour's promoters, blaming an "apparent lack of organization and communication," while Ross offered an apology to fans, saying, "I want to apologize to all of my fans who I missed performing for due to the cancellations and want to let them know that I will get back to their cities. I enjoyed my experience with my little bros Wale and Meek Mill and I'm ready to get back in the studio to make good music."

When it comes down to the real deal apparently he's not as much a bad a$$ as he is gutless fat a$$! These social parasites make way too much money glorifying the so called thug life, drug use and sexism. The reality is they are just exploiting a gullible portion of society for profit. Thank you to the people who helped get this tripe cancelled.

Rick Ross has never been more than a poser, which is why gangstas gunning for him sounds so unfathomable.  He likely is cancelling concert dates because of poor ticket sales.  Who wants to see this faker anyway?

Kudos to Rick Ross...for nothing. No disrespect, but remember when guys who actually WERE thugs instead of PRETENDING to be thugs actually performed when things were dicey? Tupac, Biggie, Wu-Tang, Snoop, Dre. These cats did their normal thing. But then again, they by and large didn't make up their persona from nothingness.
