The country star's debut single has become his most famous and successful song to date, and he is keen to introduce the 1992 tune to a new generation to mark the occasion.

He tells People magazine, "I got a recut version I'll probably release next year. It's got a new groove, very clubby. It's rockin' pretty hard. Twenty years later, I figure I might as well let it have one more run."

Wasn't it bad enough that we were tortured with this horrid song in the 80's. Now you want to see if a new generation will put up with a really crappy song. Last time you were an unknown and there was a line dance associated. You may need a career revival. But if you can't do it on new material. You wont do it on a rehash.
