LOS ANGELES (AP) -- A new Jimi Hendrix album is coming March 5.
The musician's website says "People, Hell and Angels" contains 12 previously unreleased tracks recorded in 1968 and '69.
Rolling Stone revealed the album cover on its website Wednesday.
Hendrix recorded the songs apart from the Jimi Hendrix Experience as he considered new, experimental directions for his follow-up to "Electric Ladyland." He plays keyboards, percussion and a second guitar on the album.
some caution should be taken here..... Question is the quality going to be good and are they demo or whole songs ? Good Quailty and hopefully some live tracks I'll pick it up. Either way it's JIMI. Next year Elvis is releaseing new material along with John Lennon, Michael Jackson,Tupac,etc........lol
I can't say for sure but i suspect another bunch of crappy out takes he would have never released.
They all sound like half of other songs he already released.they have pulled this crap for years. that purple box set was the worst. most of it was unfinished crap. i ain't gonna buy em either.
