Springsteen made the comments Wednesday night at the Rochester Blue Cross Arena as he dedicated "My City of Ruins" to his hometown of Asbury Park, N.J., in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

The Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band concert was originally scheduled for Tuesday night, but it was postponed because of flight cancellations for the band and ticket holders.
