Bryan Ferry's son Otis is in trouble with the law again after he was
convicted of a motoring offence stemming from his arrest on suspicion of
drink-driving. Otis Ferry was detained by police after his car was pulled over
in London and he failed a roadside breathalyser before later allegedly refusing
to take a second breath test to determine whether he had been drinking. The case
went to court in the British capital on Friday (26Oct12) and Ferry was found
guilty of failing to provide a breath sample. Ferry was not present at West
London Magistrates Court to hear the verdict and he will be sentenced at a
later date. He faces a fine and a year-long driving ban. The 29 year old was
previously jailed in 2008 after he was accused of attempting to discredit a
witness during a robbery and assault case. He spent four months in custody
before the charges against him were dropped.
