Taylor Swift pushed herself to the limit with costume changes in one-take video

WENN

Taylor Swift says the one-take video for her new single, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," was a big challenge due to five costume changes.

Bing: Taylor Swift's Kennedy boyfriend

She tells MTV News, "All modesty had to go out the window. All my clothes were put together with Velcro and snaps so that I could have three different outfits layered on top of each other. The costume changes were really hectic. (We did them) in real time; it was crazy. At one point, I had a breaking point. 'I can't do five costume changes. There's not enough time!' but we ended up being able to do it."

Swift's band members dressed up in animal costumes for the video, but the singer says they were hesitant about the idea at first.

She adds, "All of (a) sudden, they wheel in their costume rack, full of animal costumes, and they were so mad. It was hilarious. They were so angry. It took a couple (of) hours, but they finally embraced it. It ended up being absolutely hilarious. They are really funny in that video. They owned it."

wow...haters.  Sad really. BTW...she got started in Nashville not because of "connections", she had absolutely none and was a kid who nobody took seriously. She did it the old fashioned way. She made demos and sent them to studio execs until she was picked up. Hard work, determination. As for all of you who say she's untalented....go write a song, get it on wax and start wooing record execs. It's a piece of cake. Everybodies doing it. Make millions. No experience or talent necessary. lol

If you don't like Taylor Swift then why would waste your time reading a story about her, and then commenting on it? I love Taylor and all of her music. She is a talented and beautiful, there is nothing wrong with that.

I am so sick of hearing about this immature, untalented and whinning girl. Seems like everything she does gets reported. She is SO overrated as a singer and songwriter. I hope her tone deaf tween fans will grow up soon so she wouldn't have any fans left. This new song and video is so stupid, but she will make millions because of her fans. I personally don't think there was any male that wanted to get back with her. This song is her wishing that someone wanted to take her back. She has hurt every male she has dated with her songs about them. One thing good that I can say about her..is she has a great imagination.

I seen her not getting back together video on CMT. NO PEOPLE IN IT! It was a bad karaoke song video. Not to say you could make a video to make that song sound good.
