Stabbing shuts down Tenacious D show

A fight broke out in the crowd during a show by Tenacious D in Las Vegas Saturday night and one
person was stabbed, the Las Vegas Journal-Review reports.

Rock-comedy partners Jack Black and Kyle Gass were about halfway
through their set at the 1,500-capacity House of Blues venue in the Mandalay Bay
resort when a scuffle erupted between two men in the audience. One person was
stabbed in the leg, and eyewitnesses told the Journal-Review that a large pool
of blood was left in the bar area near the stage.
The police canceled the rest of the concert and shut down the House of Blues
for the night. According to KLAS-TV Las Vegas, the victim was taken to the
hospital and a suspect is in police custody.
