Justin Bieber has announced a North American tour in support of his upcoming album "Believe." Bieber will embark on the Believe tour on Sept. 29 in Glendale, Ariz., before wrapping up on Jan. 26, 2013, in Miami. "Call Me Maybe" singer Carly Rae Jepsen will open for Bieber.

Fan club presale starts Wednesday (May 23) at noon local time, while the general U.S. presale will run May 24-30. General tickets will be available on June 1 in Canada and June 2 in the U.S. "Believe" is set for a June 19 release. For more details, visit Justin Bieber's official website.
