It's been a big year for Scotty McCreery, a small-town kid turned "American Idol" winner.
Less than a month after wrapping the American Idols Live! tour, the 17-year-old North Carolina native announced via Twitter that he would be teaming up with country star Brad Paisley to tour in 2012.

Paisley is no stranger to the road: As one of country music's biggest stars, he has had no less than 16 chart-toppers on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. The duo should draw large crowds and even larger ticket sales when dates are announced.

I don't truthfully care for the idea. From what I have seen of Scotty all he is, is a voice. He doesn't seem too nice or heartfelt. It's like you get the feeling maybe he isn't always how we see him on the news? I don't know. I'm not saying I totally dislike him, just that I don't really think he's all that. His voice though, I will say nothing for it and nothing against it. Personality wise though, I don't really like him.
Brad Paisley on the other hand? I love his music, and his work. He has some heart once and a while.
Should the two do a tour together? Absolutely not. We'll see what happens.
