Fifty-four whole seconds of Kim Kardashian's upcoming "Jam" music video leaked today. Perhaps to further prove to the world that she did not have butt implants, the recently wed reality star's vid opens with a shot of the 30-year-old's behind as she crawls on all fours in latex short shorts.

The aspiring pop star looks as though she just took a swim in a pool full of baby oil as she lip syncs for the camera. So while we're not sure if the rest of the vid will be fun, sexy or dance-filled, it will most certainly be greasy.
