With their seventh album delivering their first U.S. No. 1 album, and topping
album charts in eleven other countries, Foo Fighters are on a roll 16 years into
their career. Their new full-length, "Wasting Light," released April 12, finds
founder and frontman Dave Grohl helming one of their best-reviewed sets ever,
and typically upbeat about the quintet's current international tour and the
theatrical and televised premiere of "Foo Fighters: Back and Forth," a
documentary on the modern rockers.
As part of its high-profile Xclusives series, MSN Music U.K. corralled the
band for this series of interviews taped in London. Foo Fighters' 2011 concerts,
which will range from private garage gigs for their fans to headlining slots at
major festivals around the world, will include a July 2-3 headliner before
130,000 fans at England's Milton Keynes Bowl.
