Lady Gaga is set to release a limited edition of her new single "Born This Way" at Target after bosses agreed to donate to gay rights groups.
The pop star met with Target executives and asked that they increase their support for equal rights charities and make amends for previously supporting political candidates perceived as anti-gay.

She tells Billboard.com, "That discussion was one of the most intense conversations I've ever had in a business meeting. Part of my deal with Target is that they have to start affiliating themselves with LGBT charity groups and begin to reform and make amends for the mistakes they'e made in the past."
Target's vice president of communications, Dustee Jenkins, also spoke with Billboard and explained the company has created a new policy committee to review donations and earmarked almost a half-million dollars to spend on various organizations within the LGBT community.
Lady Gaga, who is allowing the chain to sell a special edition of her latest hit, added, "Our relationship is hinged upon their reform in the company to support the gay community and to redeem the mistakes they've made supporting those [anti-gay] groups."
