Country rock duo the Bellamy Brothers think Britney Spears plagiarized one of their songs and they are going to hold it against her.
The Bellamy Brothers released a song in 1979 called "If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body," which included the lyric: "If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?" In Spears' new song, "Hold It Against Me," she sings "If I said I want your body now, would you hold it against me?"

Because of that one line, the Brothers are planning to file a multimillion dollar lawsuit against Spears for plagiarism.
David Bellamy, 60, explains, "Howard and I have no personal beef with Britney. She's a talented gal. But professionally we feel completely ripped off."
