When I put the CD into my computer, I found a hidden surprise. Windows media player popped up, and I saw the video for the song New Slang. Its really cool.

The Shins are wicked fantazmik! A friend of mine introduced them to me, and now Im madly in lust with them. Some songs are better then most, but thats how it is with most all music. I would have to say that The Shins are on my top ten list, for sure. _

first heard these guys on a skate video and fell in love with the first track caring is creepy ordered an advanced copy from my local record store and was very pleasantly surprised the album reminds me of an old beach boys album pet sounds great melodies and just great songwriting overall got a chance to see them a while back at the silverlake lounge great show I recomend this album to all

Saw these guys live 2 nights ago in Salt Lake. Great show. I really like the CD but they are ten times better live. This CD is worth the price just for "New Slang" and "Know Your Onion." The good thing is, the other songs are good too.
