They seem to have gotten it all together here, the playing WITH each other this time, not like days before. All seems to echoe a tightness that took them years longer than the Beatles to establish. Maybe it's the drugs or the lifestyle, but as survivors, they are just outstanding nowadays. I didn't hear too much string buzz or dropped drumsticks this time. But the live content seems just right. If they get too glossy, then they are just another milli vanilli! Stay healthy STONES, and maybe we will hear you for another 20 years or so! Was this review helpful? If you like one you will like the other. With a heavy emphasis on the blues as shown in Wild Horses, Can't you hear me knockin and my personal favorite Sister morphine, the Stones demonstrate an ability to reach into your chest, tear at your heart and keep you replaying this classic for hours if not days at a time before you switch CDs. This album also contains the mega-hit Brown sugar as well as the tounge in cheek Dead Flowers. Pop in Moonlight mile for a friend and dare them to guess who it is, unless they are a devout Stones fan they wont. Released in 1971 and still going strong 32 years later this ranks as my favorite album (Stones or otherwise) of all time. Was this review helpful?
