This album is no exception, all the songs are mean, much heavier and more distorted than their later stuff. Best songs on the album would have to be, Lapd, hypodermic, take it like a man and kick him when he's down. If you dont like the offspring at first "or if you've been listening to too much pussyish green day", try their later stuff then work your way back through the albums, till your addicted. Well anyways, I just wanted to say that this is the best CD from The Offspring, and I don't think any songs they write from this day forward will ever be as good, considering the major letdown (to me, anyway) of their new CD Splinter... well ok I'm done now. Alright, I'll admit it, I am an Offspring freak...but still, the first two albums are still awesome. Once again, like every other Offpsring CD, almost every song on this one is awesome. Session, Kick Him When He's Down (awesome song), Take it Like A Man, Hypodermic, Burn it Up, No Hero, LAPD (best song)...all good songs. I believe that when people get a sense of how good a group The Offspring is from their latter CD's, they might come back and look on previous works...this is my hope. Was this review helpful?
