It has changed my view on Christian Bands! When i first heard of switchfoot i was like this sounds weird then i listended to all the rest of the songs and it has changed my way of life! I really liked Meant to Live, This is Your Life, Ammunition, Dare You To Move, The Beautiful Letdown, Gone, and Adding to Noise. All of the songs have a great message. The reason there so good is there songs are so meaningfull, there not just about pitiful things but how we need to change and make the world a better place and that we dont have life figured out. Some songs even have spiritual meaning, and there not boring and slow but there up-beat i guess you could say and you can tell what there singing is what they mean and believe. They have a unique sound to them, and their songs all have great messages about the letdowns in life as well as the beauty, hence the name of the album. A great message and lyrics with some pretty good tunes. I was a bit dissapointed. I was hoping for more that lived up to the promise of "meant to live" none of the others had quite the same crunch. It was well worth my money to buy this album. This is the best Christian group out there. They could very well be a very secular band but they dont compromise what they believe and they dont compromise their faith! Face it! These guys are 100% Christian singers and they ROCK!
