Repetitive babble that seems to be never ending. You will feel like striking the frustrated first grader who is pounding on the keyboard throughout the second track. The third track provides a little relief from the painful piano pounding, but little enjoyment quality. The 4th track has a Beatle-esque sound that is a little bit bubble gum, little bit rock 'n roll, complete with fake hand-clapping that is also heard in later tracks. You can't beat the Beatles, but they did a good job with this 4th track. The vocals on the fifth track sound very remotely like John Lennon, so there's nothing bad I can say about it. The sixth track's vocals sound like Third Eye Blind, but the song itself is very yawn-inspiring. They faithfully trudge on with what seems to be their trademark repetitive beat. Whether it's on guitars or pianos or drums, or even a beat-senseless tambourine, this band loves to strum and strike the same notes throughout every song. It is difficult to tell where one song ends and a new one begins. Your ears and nerves will be shot by the end of this album. Too bad their songs aren't better, their vocals are excellent.
