Myself being a huge fan of Shakira since 1996 i can tell that this is one of her best jobs, which that is really hard because all of her cds are great. and if you are the kind of person that likes changing rythms i recomend to you this cd because it has some of punk, african, arabian, tango, acustic, and much other rythms , that clearly Shakira is recognized for. The Whenever, Wherever Sahara Mix is amazing and the DVD is so great. I love her Objection (Tango) video and it was such a fun surprise to suddenly own a copy of it. Her voice is so unique, her lyrics are not vain and self-centered...I never get tired of listening to this CD. (Great for long car trips and house-cleaning days). I love her other albums and this one is just as good. For the bonus tracks and DVD, this CD is definitely worth the investment. Was this review helpful? I bought this CD after seeing Shakira in concert. She is a Great singer and awesome preformer. She is very talented. I love this CD, it has great songs and bonus material. If you are feeling board or you are thinking to much if you play Shakira music you'll forget about what were you thinking and sheer enough you wont be board cus you'll be dancing you'r behind off, the beat of her music will have you moving even if you don't want to, even my grandma moves to the beat. I like most of her songs I don't think that there is one that I don't like, but I do have my favorite one. when I first listen to her CD The Inglish verson a though it was cool but I still love my spanich verson, but then the more I herd it over the radio the more I liked it so I went to the store and bough the CD and the more I listen to it the more I like it. So my favorite song that I can listen and listen all over again is objecton (tango) and I also loved the video, I think that everyone should by her CD it's great they would love it. And when you read about her and listen how she express her self makes you want to love her more. She is true to her self and everyone else. Was this review helpful? Since she sings in english and in spanish, she has twice as much fans as any other singer. Plus, she isn't a nasty slut like Christina or Britney, which makes parents happy knowing that young children won't be repeating gross things because she sets an example for her fans. The music is so diverse and capturing. The lyrics are heart felt and the rhythms make you want to shake it like SHAKIRA. I definetly advice anyone to purhase this C.D. and it has a little something extra from the Colombian Beauty. It has a DVD of her objection video, a live performance from the VMA02 and the making of the objecdtion video, just in case listening to her unique voice is not enough... ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!
