I say so? Listen to this thing, it rocks. All over. Its held together by the common thread that it IS a jam session with all the other major players. Really, I think, this is the album that marked his comeback from the 70s. Smooth, and The Calling are timeless classics that any Santana fan will enjoy. There are a few songs that the old school Santana fans wont enjoy simply because they arent in the same genre as most of his other works (ie Maria Maria Do You Like the Way). It features "Smooth" which is, if not the best, the second best song of the late '90s ("Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)" by Green Day being the other). It is a combo of Rock,Pop,Latin,Alternitive,abd many other styles of music. It features songs by the band Santana, but also feature other stars like Rob Thomas,Eagle Eye Cherry,Everlast,Eric Clapton, and others.It has 13 tracks and 2 of them are instrumental<br>,and all of them have that great guitar playing that only Carlos Santana has.<br> Was this review helpful?
