over the years, including a lot of Credence Clearwater. John is one of my favorite
writers 'cause he uses his imagination freely and doesn't muck it up with gratuitous
goop.
I've not heard the album (CD) just the song on the web, from that I can honesly say
that other than the voice itself, this song doesn't even resemble John Fogerty.
I've never been one to put people in bags and not allow them to write freely, but
this reminds me of Garth Brooks being Chris Gaines but sounding like Garth Brooks.
Maybe after I hear the entire CD the context will make more sense, but for now this
sounds like Credence completly deflated.

This album is just another fine example of his great ability to create great music. i think this is his best recording since Creedence. some of these tracks really hit home. with the envolvement our Country is in at this time. and i could not agree with him more on one of the tracks. you'll know which one when you hear this album. Thank you John for all the Great music you have givin us all these years. Please don't stop doing what your doing. keep them coming i for one can't wait for the next one to come so Please don't make us wait to long. Was this review helpful?
