He had one of the rawest, baddest voices aside from Nickelback that I had heard in awhile. Not only that, when I got to listening to the album, there wasnt a single song on there that I wasn't jammin to. Aside from the profanity here and there, I really love the upbeat nature of their music. I suppose " Better Than Me", would have to be my favorite of all. I wish more rock groups could sound so awesome as Hinder. ROCK ON!!!!!!!! Was this review helpful? The vocals and lyrics ring loud with emotion and bring back the haunting heartbreak of love lost. If you are into old school rock, here, it has been revisited and revised with some strong riffs and solos. A day doesnt go by when I dont come close to blowing my speakers with this song. Well, actually, maybe the whole album. I work in a nursing home on night shift and whenever hinder comes on the radio, all the other nurses freak out and we all jam. I never heard of them before this album but thankfully my friend showed my the song Lips of an Angel and i became addicted after that! lol I love all their songs! Excepcially Get Stoned and Lips of Angel! I dont know one girl in my class that doesnt like that song! Even the guys love it! lol Even in gym class we play music and Lips of Angel came on and like at least 5 girls started to sing along to the song.. even some guys!
