While the Broadways' striaghtforward punk attempt doesn't offer much of anything new or exciting, the group displays an acrid lyrical wit a cut above the majority of their contemporaries, as evidenced by tracks like "Everything I Ever Wanted to Know About Genocide, I Learned in the Third Grade!," "Jonathan Kozol Was Right...," and "Fuck You, Larry Kosche, I Hope You Starve and Die Someday!" ~ Jason Ankeny, All Music Guide
