Critic's Review: Mr. Vegas' eponymous 1999 album doesn't consist entirely of brand-new material -- for example, his dancehall hits "Heads High" and "Nike Air" are present -- but that actually makes the record a better listen, since there are more stronger individual moments scattered throughout than there might be otherwise.
