A rare non-compilation album released on Good Looking, Big Bud's debut goes the route of smooth fusion breaks, as light and airy as anything else released on L.T.J Bukem's stable of labels (Good Looking, Looking Good, Earth, etc.). O'Reilly's pinpoint drum programming and ear for excellent effects add a degree of edginess to the album, making it one of the best full-lengths -- compilation or otherwise -- ever released on a Bukem label. ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
