appear with your review. 5. Enter a title for your review.

WHERE
WILL I SEE MY REVIEW? Use the "User Reviews" link on the album page
to check out your review when you've submitted it.
From
time to time, and depending on your Internet connection, it is possible that
interruptions can occur and prevent the review from reaching us. If you
look under "User Reviews" and do not see yours, it's possible your submission
did not successfully reach us, and we invite you to try submitting the review
again. Also, reviews go through moderation which may account for delay in
seeing your review on the site. You can only submit one review. If you
submit a second review for a particular movie/album/TV show, your second review
will override the initial review.

CAN'T HEAR THE SAMPLE CLIPS Start by checking these computer
settings. This is only supported in IE6 and IE7. 1. Check to make
sure your speakers are properly connected to your computer. 2. Launch
and use your Windows Media Player and play a different clip to see if you hear
sounds. Make sure your player volume is high enough to hear it, and not
muted. 3. Check your volume level by double-clicking the speaker icon
in taskbar (in the lower right-hand corner of your screen). Also in this
area, make sure you have not checked any "Mute"
boxes. Additionally,
your Internet Explorer setting may prevent you from playing sounds in Web
pages. You can change this setting this way: On the menu, go to
Tools-> Settings -> click the Advanced tab ->
scroll down to Multimedia and make sure the box next to Play sounds in
Web pages is checked.

WHAT
IS AUTHORIZATION? Authorization is the term for the privilege a
computer takes to identify itself to our service. Authorization is
initialized the first time you attempt to play a song from our service on a
computer. You are able to authorize up to five computers at once to play
your music collection.

WHAT
IS DE-AUTHORIZATION De-authorization is your way to manage whether
your music will be playable on a computer. You are able to authorize up to five
computers at once to play your music collection. De-authorization takes
that privilege away from the computer.
There
is no additional compensation to you if you choose to de-authorize all
computers.
Windows
Media Player 10 only: You
can re-authorize and de-authorize the computer as many times as you
choose.
Windows
Media Player 9 Series and earlier versions: De-authorizing
a computer will de-authorize your collection of music on that computer
permanently. It will not limit your ability to authorize your music on any
other computers.
Shared
computer users, please note: The music that is de-authorized by one user is
de-authorized for all users of that computer on a per-song basis. This
means that if one user de-authorizes an album of Jay-Z songs, all users who
share that computer will not be able to listen to that Jay-Z album on that
computer.

CAN
I REAUTHORIZE A COMPUTER? Windows Media Player 10
only: You can always re-authorize a computer that you have
de-authorized. You are able to have five computers authorized at a time
and there is no limit to your ability to authorize and de-authorize your
computers.
Windows
Media Player 9 Series and earlier versions: Yes,
but you will be blocked from playing music that was previously de-authorized by
any user on that computer.

LICENSING
ISSUES Each time a song is downloaded to your computer, a license
is sent with it. If for some reason your license is lost or damaged, the
song will try to reacquire the license the next time you play it. You
will need to be online for the license to be sent to your computer.
Once the song and the license are together again, the song will
play.
If
the song you're trying to play is not automatically reacquiring its license,
check the following: 1. Make sure your Internet connection is
active. 2. Verify you purchased this song from MSN Music.

MY
SONGS WON'T PLAY There are several reasons why your downloads may
not play. First, make sure you meet the minimum system requirements.
Make sure that WMA files are associated with Windows Media Player. This can be
accomplished by opening Windows Media Player and selecting "Tools ->
Options -> choosing the File Types tab, and making sure that
the .wma extension is fully checked. (Not checked with a gray background. If
this is the case, click it twice and it should cycle to being checked with a
white background.) Then click the Apply and then OK buttons and
any change you make will be saved.
Additionally, see Licensing Issues.

HOW
DO I MOVE MY MUSIC TO ANOTHER COMPUTER? There are several ways
to move your music to another computer. Here are some of the options: "
Use a network to move your music. For more information, see the
how-to article "Home Networking" "
E-mail the music to yourself, and open that e-mail on the other
computer " Burn the music to CD (as data), and then download the
contents of that CD on the other computer " Copy the music to a
portable device, such as a digital music player or a memory stick, and then plug
it in to the other computer to unload the contents

I
COPIED A SONG FROM ONE MACHINE TO ANOTHER AND IT WON'T PLAY If
you're running Windows Media Player 8 on the second machine, you can't get a
license to play a file just by clicking on it. We recommend you upgrade to
Windows Media Player 10 or a
later version for Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows 98 SE.
These players will be able to acquire licenses to your music and offer
substantially better user experience.

MY
SONGS DISAPPEARED. WHAT DO I DO? After you've downloaded music via
MSN Music, you can access your songs in two ways. First, the files are placed in
the "My Music" folder by default. An artist and album folder will be created at
that time, and each song will be placed under its artist folder, then album
folder. The "My Music" folder is found under your "Start menu" at: START
-> My Music
Second,
you can open Windows Media Player and look in your Music Library.

I
CAN'T BURN MY SONGS TO CD. WHY? Each playlist is limited to 7 burns
to CD, and some songs are limited to a specific number of burns for the life of
the song; the most restrictive case is 10 burns for the life of the song.
For the purposes of burning to CD, a playlist is considered a unique
collection of tracks regardless of order.
Windows Media Player 10
only: You can look at the number of burns you have left for a player or a
song in Windows Media Player by following these steps: 1. In Windows
Media Player, right-click the song 2. Select
"Properties" 3. Select "License," and read about the burn rights.
