Questions About My Bill
You can quickly access your MSN Music bill online from the My Microsoft Billing Account page.  For your convenience you will not receive a paper statement via postal mail.  

Any applicable sales tax, fees, and surcharges will be added at the time of credit card billing. 

Generally, we charge your card on the monthly anniversary of when you signed up for the service. So if you signed up for the service on Oct. 12, you can expect to be charged on or about the 12th of every month.

However, if you spend more than $20 in a given month, you will be charged immediately, rather than at the subscription anniversary.

There is no monthly charge for using the MSN Music service. If you do not purchase any music in a given month, you will not be charged.
