Onstage with Lil Wayne during his recent I Am the Music tour, Keri Hilson strutted around on legs that ended where the diminutive rapper's neck began. The Atlanta-born R&B singer is stunningly statuesque, which makes her history as a behind-the-scenes songwriter for Britney Spears, Usher and Ciara all the more surprising. Hilson's debut album has been delayed more than two years because of industry ailments. "In a Perfect World ...," featuring cameos from Timbaland, R.
