Nickelback: Formed in rural Alberta as a covers band, the
Vancouver-based hard-rock quartet has endured more than its share of critical
abuse for their classic head-banging style, but these days Nickelback is enjoying the last laugh: Their fifth
album, "All the Right Reasons," has proven a commercial juggernaut, staying on
the charts for more than 100 weeks and moving more than 6 million copies in the
United States alone to clinch their position as one of the decade's biggest
bands.
