Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Eric Church to open CMA Awards show
First-time trio performance will kick off Nov. 1 broadcast

Three of country music's hottest male stars will join forces for the opening
performance during the 2012 CMA Awards show when Male Vocalist of the Year
nominees Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Eric Church team up to perform "The
Only Way I Know" from Aldean's current full-length release, "Night Train." The
trio is featured on the studio recording of the track.
Among special segments, Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum, Tim McGraw and Blake Shelton will perform a special
tribute to iconic singer-songwriter and 1979 CMA Entertainer of the Year Willie Nelson.
Jason Aldean and Eric Church are each nominated for three CMA Awards. Aldean
recently notched his eighth No. 1 country single.
The 46th Annual CMA Awards will be broadcast on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 8 pm
ET/PT, 7 pm CT on ABC.

It would be great if they would tell Taylor Swift to only show up if she has a song that isnt about some stupid breakup. Or leave her out all together.
That's a nice article and all, but you forgot to name the two reasons people watch in the first place: Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley. People tune out after the opening monologue. The bottom line is that these particular hosts make the show and we need to see more of them
