Ditty history: While recording their megaselling "Rumours" album, Fleetwood Mac found their personal relationships in chaos. Among the casualties were longtime lovebirds Stevie and Lindsey. Causing further friction was Stevie's subsequent hookup with the band's drummer, Mick Fleetwood. Out of the turmoil emerged a lot of great music, including the hit single "Go Your Own Way" and its aching B-side, "Silver Springs," which was left off the album, much to Nicks' chagrin.
