Performing at the UK concert

From Northern Ireland by way of Scotland, Snow Patrol became the first U.K. artist to crack the American Top 5 in a very long time with their slow-burning 2006 anthem on wheels, "Chasing Cars." The accompanying album, "Eyes Open," became their first transatlantic smash, after a long career seducing the British Isles with their gently rolling, emotionally sweeping brand of piano rock.
