Performing at the US concert

The biggest angst-rock band of the '90s has only recently reunited after fizzling in the early days of the 21st century. Led by the obsessive Billy Corgan (whose nasal voice is unmistakable), the Pumpkins created a dense, sometimes psychedelic rock sound that drew heavily on heavy metal virtuosity and confessional lyrics.
