Performing at the Germany Concert

During the past 10 years, Michael Mittermeier has emerged as one of the most successful German comedians of his generation. His career got started in 1996 when he created, with Berliner Kabarett, the musical comedy show called Killer Montag. Soon after, he broke out with "Zapped!," which won the coveted Golden Europa prize. In 2001, he collaborated with the band Guano Apes for their hit single, "Kumba Yo!" 2005 brought his first taste of world recognition when he performed on the Berlin stage for Live 8.
